Oh, I like cuttle fish! It is a lot like squid to my palate, so if you don't like squid, you're out. It is really misnamed because it's not a fish at all... it's a mollusk like an octopus or a squid. :) Similar taxonomy to squid and octopus, too. Happy eating!
